Located at 1249-1 Horencho, this cozy spot invites you in with its laid-back atmosphere and a delightful selection of vegetarian dishes that are sure to satisfy your taste buds.

The star of the menu is undoubtedly the falafel pita sandwich (ファラフェルピタサンド), priced at a wallet-friendly JP¥850. Made with fresh, crispy falafel, juicy veggies, and zesty sauces, it’s a flavor explosion that will have you craving more. Patrons rave about how delicious this dish is, with one customer, Ay Yo, exclaiming, "I wish I had ordered 2!" It’s the perfect bite for a casual lunch, particularly after a day of exploring Nara’s historic sites.

To accompany your meal, don’t miss out on the handmade ginger ale (自家製ジンジャーエール) or the organic Japanese black tea (オーガニック和紅茶), both priced at JP¥600. These beverages not only refresh but also embody the same meticulous care found in their food preparations. For those looking for something sweet, the coffee jelly float (コーヒーゼリーフロート) and soda float (クリームソーダ) are delightful choices that add a playful twist to your café experience, with prices ranging from JP¥700 to JP¥750. best vegetarian friendly restaurant I found in nara. the price was low (700 yen for falafel pita & I believe 500 yen for the homemade soda float) the flavor was unreal. friendly owners, great atmosphere, delicious food. this restaurant is a must try when visiting nara!

We happened upon this place while touring around Nara with bikes and wanted to eat something away from the hustle and bustle. At first glance you think you've landed in a music lover's shop. But the owner also serves delicious vegetarian food with international music. We also had a very nice chat with him and got a mixtape from him as a present. Staying there was a nice experience!
